Our doggy social sessions are all about fun, confidence building, and giving our four legged friends a safe space to mix and play. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we need to reinforce one simple but important rule.
When you arrive at the doggy field, please wait at the entrance gate until Deana lets you in.
Last week, a few enthusiastic arrivals entered the field before being introduced to the dogs already inside. This led to an unexpected altercation and disrupted the session for the rest of the group. It is nobody’s fault, dogs are dogs and excitement can get the better of them, but it is something we can easily prevent.
By waiting for Deana to welcome you in, she can make sure introductions are calm, controlled and safe. It only takes a moment, and it helps every dog feel secure and settled before new friends join the fun.
We really appreciate everyone’s cooperation. Our community is brilliant, supportive and committed to giving their dogs the best experience, and this small step keeps the group enjoyable for all.
Thank you for helping us keep the doggy social group safe, friendly and full of wagging tails.
