The Memorial Garden
The Green Fingers volunteers have decorated the memorial garden in Sector C with poppies, in remembrance of the Fallen. Lest We Forget.
Remembrance Crosses
If you would like a cross placed on the garden in remembrance of a loved one, please stop at the collection point at the bottom of the dual carriageway. Volunteers will be there on Wednesday 4th and Wednesday 11th November.
All money collected for the Remembrance Crosses is donated to the Royal British Legion, Murcia Branch, in support of the 2026 Poppy Appeal.

About Green Fingers
Green Fingers Camposol is a volunteer gardening and community group focused on maintaining and enhancing the environment of lower Sector C. The team is made up of a core maintenance crew and community volunteers who carry out weekly tasks.
Their work includes weeding, trimming trees, shaping bushes and planting new trees and shrubs in public areas, roundabouts and verges; fixing or replacing public assets like solar lights and the sector's welcome signs; sweeping and clearing roads, removing fly-tipped materials and painting over graffiti; and creating community spaces such as the local Remembrance Memorial gardens.
The team transforms the area into a tidy space where residents feel proud to live, providing targeted upkeep that municipal resources may not quickly cover, in a friendly, welcoming environment where volunteers work to their own abilities and socialise with neighbours.

The work is funded by local residents and there is a €5 per month subscription service. You will also find their volunteers outside by The Welcome Wall with collection buckets every Wednesday.
