About Warren Alan Faye
Warren Faye is a full-time professional artist who splits his time between Dublin and the Puerto de Mazarrón area. Half of his creative time goes to large-scale murals, painted mainly in Spain, Ireland and America, and the rest to canvases, mostly in oils.
Having shown a flair for art from a young age, Warren went on to study Classical Animation at Ballyfermot Senior College in Dublin, then moved to the United States painting large canvases for bars and restaurants. In 2014 a body of his illustrations was published in a calendar commemorating the famous Battle of Clontarf, promoted by the Irish board of enterprise, sold worldwide and featured in the Irish Independent.
In 2017 he painted on the popular TV show Painting the Nation, winning Artist of the Week for painting movement. He has exhibited at the RHA Gallery, the Icon Gallery and Gallery Zozimus in Dublin, and his paintings have sold in Sweden, Germany, America, China, Spain, Canada, Ireland and England.
What motivates him to paint is the connection he feels when he drifts to nothing, to feel like he is not there and something is moving within him. A quiet space. His dream is that one day a masterpiece will be produced that lives on far past the year it was imagined.
