Costa Calida Cruisers Charity Bikers Run, Sunday 1 November

The Costa Calida Cruisers Motorcycle Club is holding its tenth annual Memorial Run, a charity bikers run, at The Buena Vista in Puerto de Mazarrón on Sunday 1 November, in aid of the Making a Difference charity. Everyone is welcome, not just bikers.

The Memorial Run
When:  Sunday 1 November, from 11am
Where:  The Buena Vista, Avenida Cabo de Palos 1, Puerto de Mazarrón
Entry:  Free, with a grand raffle and live music from Badlands

The Memorial Run is held in memory of the bikers who have passed on, especially those who helped to found the club. Each year more than eighty big bikes roar around a route through Mazarrón, over the mountains and through the villages of the campo, before returning for an afternoon of music, food, drink and the raffle. The ride out is a spectacular, ground shaking sight, and over the years the event has raised nearly €1000 for charity.

Costa Calida Cruisers M.C.C. was established in 2016 for riders in the Mazarrón area. They have a long history of supporting local good causes, including care for disabled children, a disabled friendly garden at a social centre, and The Samaritans. The club is open to new members with a full licence and a road legal bike, and non riding pillions are welcome too. You can find the club on Facebook.
