Mazarrón Town Hall suspends all Halloween activities

Following the terrible train crash in Spain, three days of official mourning have been declared throughout the country. As a mark of respect, Mazarrón Town Hall has suspended all Halloween activities scheduled in the municipality.

The activities were organised by the Departments of Youth, Education, Equality, Culture and Libraries.

Events suspended

  • Halloween storytelling sessions at the libraries
  • The haunted house at the Domingo Valdivieso High School
  • The film screening at the House of Culture
  • The children’s Halloween party at the La Cañadica Pavilion
  • The free guided tours of the Mazarrón Municipal Cemetery, organised by the Department of Culture

Mazarrón Town Hall extends its deepest condolences and solidarity to the victims and their families during this time of grief, and apologises for any inconvenience caused. It thanks all residents for their understanding.
