Mercers sell a new Camposol property within 24 hours

Proof, if it were needed, of how much people want to move to Camposol: Mercers put a new property on the market late on Sunday 7 September, had a viewing the very next morning, and sold it that same day.

The two bedroom terraced home went live on the Mercers website late on 7 September 2026. A viewing was requested first thing the next morning and, after some negotiating, the property was sold that same day.

It is a great example of how people are wanting to move to Camposol. Prices are still increasing, and for the last 12 to 18 months that has been down to demand outstripping the scarce supply of properties available.

Logan Robertson from Mercers said that, in his opinion, this is down to people now being happy and comfortable with Camposol.

“Camposol is a great community, with a tremendous community spirit, and the only urbanisation I know that has a FAST organisation, and I have worked all over the Torrevieja area. Clearly we still have many things to improve, but it is a lot better than before.”

Logan has worked in the industry for many years. He started further up the coast in the Costa Blanca area, travelling up and down daily, and says the number of other sales agents who simply slated Camposol was astounding, especially as none of them had ever been here.

He has seen many people do the same, yet when you finally ask them to see Camposol with their own eyes, 99 per cent of them actually love it and buy here. Logan has had buyers who purchased further up the coast because they were put off Camposol, then decided to visit, and many sold up there and bought here instead, and are loving it.

It is an ongoing challenge for agents, constantly firefighting and dealing with online negativity, much of it unfounded. Having worked and lived here for over 12 years, Logan finds that does seem to put people’s minds at rest. They generally feel comfortable with the fact that he lives here, as do so many of the other agents.
