Upper C Pothole Patrol: a community effort for safer roads

A group of Camposol residents has come together to help improve the roads in the Upper C sector, and they are looking for a hand from the community.

Headed up by Frank Rovers along with other local residents, the new Upper C Pothole Patrol Group is being set up to repair potholes, starting in the Upper C sector. They have already obtained the necessary permits and hope to begin very soon. The aim is for Upper C to be just the beginning, with the group hoping to extend the effort to other parts of Camposol over time.

The group is looking for volunteers, and for donations to help buy the equipment they need. They would also be grateful for any of the tools below that residents may be able to spare, and they can arrange to collect items from your home.

Tools the group is hoping to gatherShovels, hard brooms, hand brushes, large paint brushes, rakes, wheelbarrows, tamping irons (at least two) or a wacker plate, a lump hammer, a bolster, a pry bar, three traffic cones, traffic warning signs, two sets of safety glasses, and working gloves.
Get involvedTo volunteer, make a donation or offer any items, please contact Frank Rovers on 633 803 798 or by email at Fhgmrovers@gmail.com.

When you are driving through Upper C, please slow down, for a safer road for everyone.
